Use the Goodson Oil Filter Inspection Tool to find troubleshoot engine problems with every oil change. By using the Oil Filter Inspection Tool, you can easily cut open any oil filter to inspect the paper cartridge to see what has been trapped inside. Many contaminants can be found with the naked eye such as silicone sealants, broken mechanical parts, worn materials, thread sealing materials, etc.

The redesigned Oil Filter Inspection Tool from Goodson will work on filters from 2-1/2" to 6-1/2" diameters and includes one blade. Replacement blades sold separately.
